If a groom is distressing your dog we pause and call you, rather than push through to get it finished. You pay for the part we completed and nothing else.
When daycare is full we say it is full and offer you the next day we genuinely have, instead of squeezing one more in and calling it fine.
Size and coat set the price before we start. If your dog turns out to need more than that, we ring you first and you decide, rather than finding it on the invoice.
